Just yesterday Sony announced two brand new collection editions, confirming the rumored God of War Saga along with an inFamous collector’s edition. As rumored, God of War Saga will indeed contain every single game released for the franchise.
According to the PlayStation Blog, GOW: Saga will include: God of War, God of War II, God of War III, God of War: Chains of Olympus and God of War: Ghost of Sparta. The game will also include exclusive bonus content, voucher for 1 trial month of PlayStation Plus.
All of the PS2 and PSP games are remastered in HD with trophy support.
The inFamous Collection will include: inFamous, inFamous 2, inFamous: Festival of Blood, extra missions and additional character costumes, power ups and weapon styles.
Both God of War Saga and inFamous Collection will retail for $39.99, which is a fantastic deal especially when considering that the GOW: Saga contains five whopping games!
Ratchet & Clank Collection, which includes all of the PS2 games in 1080p HD glory for $29.99 will release August 28th via retail and PSN along with an exclusive demo for the upcoming Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time game for the PS3.
